Cancellation Policy

Appointment Deposit: A deposit is required to secure your appointment. Deposits are applied toward the final service total. Rescheduling: Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. Deposits may be transferred one time to a new appointment date. Cancellations / No-Shows: Deposits may be forfeited for cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice or for missed appointments. Remaining Balance: The remaining balance is due at the time of service unless the client has an approved employer account or invoicing arrangement. -Deposit Required- In-office / standard appointment - $25 Applied toward final service total. Mobile appointment - $50 Protects travel time and scheduling.
